Tuvalu Water Crisis

A ReRu photography and video team produced a 30 minute documentary and comprehensive photo documentation for SOPAC on the water crisis in Tuvalu and solutions being undertaken such as composting toilets “Falevatia: a toilet for our future” was produced as part of the GEF Pacific IWRM demonstration project on Funafuti, Tuvalu. It shows how composting toilets can help conserve water and minimise threats to the environment, food security and human health. The material covered the organisations needs to support and educate on the project and ReRu themselves distributed through international wires for media awareness.
